K D. International School at Gangapur, Rajdhanwar, Dist.- Giridih (Jharkhand) has been started with a view to impart quality education, equivalent to the education imparted in metropolitan cities like Delhi, Bombay, Madras etc. to the rural children of Jharkhand & Bihar so that they can face the challenges of this modern society.
I was born in a very poor farmer's family but my parents were very much fond of education, because they know that only true education can change the society I believe that the primary aim of education is to draw out the talent of the children and to provide them proper facilities, congenial environment and right direction to develop and flourish the hidden talent. All children are not cut out for outstanding scholarship. Some have potential to excel in the academic field, others might turn out to be great Engineers, Doctors, Chartered Accountants, Artist, Sportsman, Successful Businessman or even Political Leaders. As such we do not aim at any regimentation in education.
The purpose of education is also to impart moral and social values to the children. We want out right students to grow as decent, responsible and conscious of their rights & responsibilities as Indian citizens. They should not only be awarded of Indian cultural heritage but also be looking forward and well trained to face the challenges of the fast changing Indian and global scenario. Above all we want the children to develop enough self-confidence to face untraditional and un familiar situation.
Keeping in view the modern challenges of the world we are providing all the latest facilities of education like Science, Maths, Social Science, Computer & language labs as well as digital class room facilities.
